I applaud all for the quality of the works produced. The long drawn roof leaks problem was resolved. The façade was rejuvenated after the refurbishment of the building exterior structure beams and painting of the building external walls. Most importantly, the works were carried out safely and uneventfully.

During the entire contract period, the commitment and supervision from the Unicoat project management team is also prominent and make frequent visits here to ensure the work is carried out as planned.
